week 7

This week for my 20 percent project i've been focusing on my diet more strictly for this project. Since its spring break I can really hit the cardio machine and loose some fat and focus on my diet and not cheat out on anything bad such as pizza and junk food. Abril will also finish putting voice over into or video on the parts we don't say anything so it will be completely done.

week 6

This week for our twenty percent project me and Nadia went to Abril's house to edit videos of us cooking and making food. We used windows movie maker and looked at all or clips of fail recording and good recording. we had a great time looking at how our facial expressions on the video and what we said as first impressions on the food. we took turn editing and talked about our thoughts on some clips because some were very similar and we had to decide which one we wanted to use and flow better on our video. At the end of the day it was a we had a great time and finished editing our video.

week 5

This week for my 20% project me and one of my group members Abril discussed about getting me in better condition and shape. She suggested for me to do more abdominal exercise. I really don't like working on them due to the fact they are so boring and you have to be at a low body fat for your abs to even show. right now im about 15 percent body fat and for abs to show you have to be at least 12 percent. Three percent doesn't seem much but I assure you its pretty hard and it comes down to nutrition and eating less calorie vs calorie out. Since I promised her I will do these abdominal exercises I shall do them more often and develop a better core. I will be bettering myself and one I loose the body fat there will be abs and my hard work will pay off.

week 4

As the days get closer and closer it's almost June and that means presenting our project in front of the class. I cant believe it's almost time to present our project, time goes by so fast when your working hard. Since our group has a whole bunch of information already I feel like its one of my part to get in tip top shape. I will be focusing more of hypertrophy training instead of strength training to feel it in the muscles much better. I stopped doing hypertrophy training because I wanted to lift more weight than what I needed because I was very weak but, that was about a year ago. After jumping back on hypertrophy training for about 2 weeks now I feel it much better in my muscles and starting to enjoy it a lot more than strength training. I wish I stuck to this type of training and not as much strength training but I didn't know much when first started... I'm much more knowledgeable now and making wiser decisions when it comes to training. Since my group might want recordings in our project its better to start early and have time to prepare rather than last Minuit.
